Sonrise Village RV Resort Rules & Regulations
1. Speed Limit: 10 mph at all times.
2. Pets/Dogs: Must be on leash while outside at all times. Must pick up after pets. Pets can be no more than 40 lbs and certain breeds prohibited.
3. Vehicles Per Site: 1 RV, M/H, or 5th Wheel, plus 1 car or truck.
4. Sites: Maximum 4 people to RV. Site and patio pad to be kept free of all clutter. Do not use as storage. Allowable items: picnic table, patio chair, grill and plants.
5. Trash: Must be put in plastic bags and put in dumpster. Do not leave outside on site or on ground around dumpster. Break up All Boxes.
6. Smokers: Do not throw on ground. Dispose of butts in proper container. No Campfires or Firepits.
7. Quite Hours: 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. No Loud music or disturbances allowed.
8. Laundry Facilities: 3 washers and 3 dryers on premises. No Pets.
9. Wildlife: No bird feeders and please do not feed wildlife.
10. Telephone: A courtesy phone, local calls only, provided in clubhouse.
11. Pool: No lifeguard on Duty. Swim at own risk. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No Alcohol or Glass containers. No Smoking. No food or drink at pool. Pool rules posted. Pool Closed from Dusk to Dawn.
12. Clubhouse: No Alcohol, no Pets and no Smoking in Clubhouse.
Activities planned, posted and carried out by winter guests, with approval of management.
